For our further growth in Germany in the Digital Learning Solutions business area, we are looking for a Managing Director (m/f/d) for our office in Friedrichsdorf near Frankfurt, Germany.

In this position you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company with a team of 15-20 people. Your operational focus in this role will be on the continuous development of our existing customers as a Key Account Manager, as well as the acquisition of new customers with our marketing and sales team.

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring the fulfillment of customer orders and agreed services

  • Organization and management of employees

  • First contact person for key customers

  • Sales growth through further expansion of customers and acquisition of new customers

  • Strategy development in collaboration with the owners

  • Organization and implementation of optimization processes

Requirements:

  • Completed business or technical education

  • Alternatively 10 years work experience in business

  • Minimum 5 years‘ experience as a manager

  • Sales and costing experience desirable

  • Strong communication and social skills

  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills, decision making and strategic thinking
