For our further growth in the Education Solutions business area, we are looking for a Sales Manager Assistant (m/f/d) in full or part time (min. 30 hours per week) for our company bit media education solutions GmbH in Graz, Austria.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the sales of our software solutions for educational institutions

  • Day-to-day customer support and data maintenance in the CRM system

  • Initial consultations via email, phone, and online meetings

  • Preparing standard quotes

  • Follow-up on customer inquiries

  • Acquiring new customers

  • Coordinating customer appointments

  • Assisting at trade shows and events

  • Processing contracts and handing them over to billing

Requirements:

  • You have excellent manners and communication skills

  • Persuasiveness and a strong willingness to learn

  • Fluent written and spoken German

  • Knowledge of English is a plus

  • You have an affinity for software solutions and education

  • You have some experience in sales

  • Completed vocational training

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team

Type of Employment:

Salary:

For this position, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of €2,547.00 (full-time) in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, with the possibility of a competitive salary based on your qualifications and prior experience.
